One Room + One Bed + One Crib = Tired Mommy & Daddy

So, we're now on night five and so far the kids haven't spent one full night together. Last night Milo got put back in the crib and Willa was already in the pack-n-play. The conundrum? Who goes to bed first? What happens when someone wakes up? How do we get Milo to stay in bed and not play with his toys? Does Willa not like the crib? Or is it her diaper rash and cold? Will it get better or will bedtime be my least favorite part of the day?

So, far tonight ... Willa is in our room. Milo is in his room (in the bed.) But at least they are both sleeping.
